Refund & Shipping Policy

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY (30 day money back guarantee):

Our money back policy lasts 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products we offer a full refund less shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer returning the goods will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.– unless other arrangements have been negotiated with Sparkly Wax.

If you wish to return your SparklyWax product, please email us at support@sparklywax.com and allow us up to 48 hours to get back to you. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days period.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REPLACEMENTS POLICY (if applicable):

In the case that the product comes defected or damaged on arrival, simply email us a photo/video of it and a replacement will be shipped out to you straight away!

Please do so in the first 7 days of the product arriving to you. After that, we won't be able to know if the damage was caused by the shipment or by inappropriate usage of the item and we won't be able to offer you a replacement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sparklywax.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All of our products are shipped from our Fulfilment Warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. This strategic location allows us to offer the best shipping services and lowest shipping times and prices to our customers.

We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of incorrect or missing shipping information. Please, make sure that the shipping information you provided to us when purchasing is the correct one. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please email us to support@sparklywax.com as soon as possible.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to a local carrier in your country, customs, or air and ground transportation strikes and/or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
